Between the glance and the kiss.
Where the world stopped,
For the briefest of times.
And the only thing between us,
Was the anticipation,
Of your lips on mine.
A moment,
So intense,
It hung in the air
As it pulled us closer.
A moment,
So perfect,
That when it came to an end...
We realised;
It was only just the beginning.
